Egodini facelift..Was it just castles in the air??

In 2013 there was such a buzz when news broke about a 56million dollar Egodini facelift. 2 years on the terminus still lies as it was 30 years ago only in a worse state. The pavements have been  potholed and when it rains ''God knows'' a child can swim inside that paddle.  With unemployment so high pegged at 90% everyone is a vendor the terminus is so crowded you can barely move around.Newspapers like the Southern eye were awash with stories about the facelift its a mystery how the for transforming for the better went to. Up to now vendors have no stall we wonder where the reports we heard about vendors and everyone being accommodated have gone to
